Put to the test:

In a 12 week study of rats, three groups were divided and given supplements. The goal was to mark any differences in stamina and endurance between the rats during a swimming test.

Silver Sol

SILVER SOLsilver Throughout history, silver has been used to purify water and fight colds and flu all across the world.

A recent technology of silver called Sol or Aquasol has been shown to be several times more effective than colloidal and ionic silver products. Its cellular formation is super-charged to spread throughout the body at an exponential rate to heal the body faster.

Below are historical uses for Silver and recommended dosages. Note: this is NOT a prescription.

For Lyme Disease, Pneumonia, Malaria, MRSA, Staph, AIDS, HIV, etc: Blast the infection away by taking an entire bottle of silver for four days. After this, reduce the amount to half a bottle (four tablespoons) for four days. Then reduce the amount to two tablespoons. Continue at this amount until the symptoms are gone.

Bad Breath: Swishing Silver around in the mouth for six minutes in the morning and the evening will eliminate odor-causing bacteria. For bad breath caused by sinus infections, spray Silver liquid in the nose four times a day.

Bladder Infection: Take two tablespoons of Silver every hour for the first two days. After that, continue on a program of two tablespoons twice daily for two weeks.

Blood Cleansing: For acute blood cleansing, take one ounce an hour for four hours. For serious conditions, take a four ounce bottle a day for four days, then follow with a maintenance dose of two tablespoons in the morning and evening. For daily blood cleansing, take two teaspoons one to three times daily.

Brain Cleansing: Inhale Silver from a nebulizer for thirty minutes daily, and take two teaspoons of Silver twice daily. To help it pass through the blood brain barrier more easily, eliminate all white sugar from your diet.

Cataracts: Spray two or three drops of liquid Silver in the eyes one to four times daily. Also drink two teaspoons twice daily. Do this for two weeks, or until the problem is remedied.

Cold/Flu Prevention: Drink one teaspoon twice a day.

Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye): Use two or three drops of silver liquid in the eye one to four times a day, and drink two teaspoons twice a day to remedy the issue. This will usually clear up the infection in one to three days.

Diaper Rash: Instead of store-bought creams, use Silver Sol gel. The redness and pain will be remedied in as little as five minutes, and the source of the issue will be eliminated in roughly two hours.

Ear Infections: Pour five drops of Silver liquid in the ear canal. Allow to sit for twelve minutes. Repeat this process in each ear, every twelve hours. You may also want to drink two teaspoons of Silver and take Vitamin C.

Household Disinfectant: Safe and gentle enough to be sprayed on fruits and vegetables to fight bacteria, the liquid can be used to clean toys, surfaces, phones, doorknobs, bathtubs, toilets, etc… Spray the solution and let sit for ten minutes before wiping off.

Leprosy: Even the worst of leprosy wounds can be healed by taking two teaspoons of liquid Silver three times a day, and applying Silver gel topically three times daily. Lepers using Silver have been able to bring their disease under control in two days.

Lupus: Many people have been able to improve their condition by drinking one teaspoons three times daily. It can also be applied topically to rashes that commonly accompany Lupus. This program should also be used with Acidophilus, antioxidants, COQ-10, and an intestinal cleanse.

Open Wounds (Abscesses, Bedsores): Rinse with Silver Sol liquid, then soak the bandage (if it requires one) in the liquid or gel and tape it over the wound. For small wounds, put a drop of Silver liquid on a Band-Aid. For large wounds, spray the area with Silver Sol liquid one to four times a day.

Parkinson’s Disease: By taking two teaspoons of Silver Sol twice daily, and taking MSM powder twice as well, you can reduce the inflammation and toxicity of the brain. Improvement can be seen within the first two weeks, and should continue over the next two months.

Respiratory Issues (Asthma, Bronchitis): To soothe inflammation inhale from a nebulizer fifteen minutes daily. One teaspoon of Silver Sol liquid should be taken twice daily. For Bronchitis, take two teaspoons twice daily.

Skin Conditions (Acne, Age Spots, Boils, Bruises, Burns, Chafing, Dry Skin, Itching/Scaling, Keratosis, Psoriasis, Scars, & Stretch Marks): Apply silver sol liquid or gel one to five times daily. In the case of burns (or sunburns) you may wish to spray the gel or liquid on rather than rub it in.

Sore Throat/Tonsillitis: Rinse your mouth with one ounce of Silver liquid for one minute. Swallow when through. This will kill the bacteria at the back of the throat.

Water Purification: To purify an eight ounce glass of water, pour four drops of liquid Silver Sol and let sit for two minutes. This will even purify river water. Add thirty-two ounces of silver to a fifty-five gallon container to purify your water for at least four years.

Wound Healing: Apply Silver gel to the wound four times daily. You may also drink two teaspoons twice daily to help speed the process.

Yeast: Drink two teaspoons of Silver twice daily for two weeks, or until the symptoms disappear. You may also apply the gel topically twice daily. Silver can destroy yeast in less than ten minutes.

White Flour vs. Whole Grains, and the Importance of Tre-En-En


We hear a lot about whole grains these days. Some people say they're good for us; others tell us to avoid them at all costs. Here we'll take a closer look at both whole grains and white flour, and see what roles they play in our diets. Until the invention of steel rollers in 1839, grains were ground by hand at a slow speed and low temperature. With rollers, the process quickened and it became easier to separate out the different parts of wheat: the germ, endosperm, and bran, and hence came the emergence of white flour.

Since this and the processing of three other staples of health (sugar, fats, andtre-en-en2 dairy), there's been a highly-documented rise in degenerative health issues, including:

  • arthritis
  • allergies
  • asthma
  • cancer
  • depression
  • mental disorders
  • and heart disease.

Furthermore, the more we consume white flour, the greater the research grows against it. For one thing, white flour cannot support life.
